Heaton Holdings Ltd was established in 1984 as the parent company of Warings Contractors Ltd, a long established building contractor with an annual turnover of over £40 million undertaking prestigious construction projects across southern England.

In 1990 the Heaton Holdings Group acquired the Cams Estate peninsular at Fareham. This development project involved the creation of a 27 hole golf course and the refurbishment of the grade II listed Cams Hall.

Today we own and manage a portfolio of high quality investment properties across Hampshire including Cams Estate Business Park with its idyllic parklands, period buildings and state-of-the-art connectivity.

Our in-house team provides business management services to a range of clients, most recently the spectacular re-opening of the New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth following a £4.5 million extension and refurbishment.
